Anyone else using Flashcards for HR/behavioural prep, not just technical stuff?

A board covered in handwritten notes.

Everyone I've seen mention the new Flashcards feature is using it for technical/DSA stuff, but I made a deck for HR-round prep instead and it worked better than I expected. Wanted to share in case others are only thinking of it as a coding-prep tool.

What I put in the brief: asked for common behavioural questions plus STAR-method structure prompts, not just facts. Got cards like "What's the STAR method?" but also more useful ones like "Give a one-line example of a 'result' statement for a leadership story" — basically drilling the structure, not just definitions.

Where this actually helped: I always freeze on "tell me about a conflict with a coworker" type questions because I overthink which story to use. Having pre-rated, ranked prompts to run through meant I wasn't starting from a blank page every practice session — I had 4-5 story angles rated and ranked by how shaky my delivery still was on each.

Not saying it replaces actually practising the story out loud (still doing that separately) but as a way to keep a rotating mental list of "these are my go-to examples and here's which ones I still fumble," it's been more useful than I expected for something I assumed was a technical-only tool.

Anyone else using it for non-technical prep? Curious what briefs people are writing for HR/behavioural decks specifically.
