These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Sanviora (“Service”), operated by Sanviora (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Sanviora is an AI-powered interview and learning practice platform. Its products include AI mock interviews with AI-generated feedback reports, P2P video mock interviews with invited interviewers, the Speak Pro spoken-English course, AI Flashcards, and entrance-exam mock tests, sold individually or as part of a subscription or bundle plan. The Service is intended for educational and skill-development purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration.
• By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy, including the analytics and advertising tools disclosed there.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payment and Fees

• There is no free tier. Creating an account is free, but every product must be paid for before it is used — for example, before an interview starts, before a flashcard deck or mock test is generated, or before Speak Pro lessons unlock. The exact amount is displayed before you pay.
• Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid for. One-time bundles do not renew.
• Usage included in a subscription or bundle is limited to the quantities shown on the plan and does not carry over after the plan ends.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your payment details.
• Fees are non-refundable once the product has been generated, delivered or made available to you, except as described in our Refund Policy.
• Prices may change at any time. Changes will be communicated before taking effect.

5. Guest / Anonymous Use (historical)

A free account is now required before you can start or purchase any product on Sanviora. Previously, some of our practice modes let you pay and complete a mock interview without creating an account; this section remains in effect for any such interview completed under that earlier anonymous-payment model. Making a payment as a guest — even without an account — meant you agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy at the time of payment, on the same basis as a registered user. If you later created an account and chose to save that report, it became subject to these Terms in full going forward, the same as any other interview in your history.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the question bank or AI outputs.
• Share your account with others or allow others to use your account.
• Attempt to circumvent the payment system.
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including question banks, design, code, and AI prompts — is owned by Sanviora. You retain ownership of the answers you provide. By submitting answers, you grant us a limited licence to process them for the purpose of generating your feedback report.

8. AI-Generated Content

Feedback reports are generated by an AI model (OpenAI). While we strive for quality, AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant. We make no guarantee about the accuracy of feedback. See our Disclaimer for full details.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanviora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
