You only pay if you want the detailed interview report, or the full English course (Speak Pro). P2P Video Interviews are the one exception — since a real person's time is involved, they're paid upfront rather than free-to-try.

Yes — as many as you want. There's no limit on free sessions. Each session generates fresh questions. You can practise repeatedly and choose which completed sessions to unlock reports for.

Price = ₹2 per minute × the duration you choose × the number of interviewers (up to 3), paid upfront before your invite link is created. Coupons and reward points can reduce the price. If the interview never happens, the full amount is automatically credited back to you as reward points — you never lose the money.

UPI, net banking, debit card, and credit card — all major Indian payment methods. International cards are also accepted. The entire payment flow takes under 60 seconds.

₹19 is per completed interview session (one round of questions). If you complete both Behavioural and Technical rounds, each round generates a separate report — each unlocked for ₹19 independently.

This is rare but if it happens, email info@sanviora.co.in with your registered email and payment reference. We'll resolve it or refund you within 24 hours. For P2P Video Interviews specifically, a failed or unused booking is refunded automatically as reward points — no need to email us for that case.

Speak Pro is a one-time pass (₹999, giving you 30 days of access) that unlocks the full spoken-English course — all 48 lessons, complete corrected rewrites and grammar/vocabulary fixes, progress tracking, level badges, and the completion certificate. You can try the first lessons free before buying. It's separate from interview reports.
