How is everyone tracking which companies they've applied to? Spreadsheet vs something else

I'm at like 22 applications now across different stages and genuinely losing track of who I've heard back from and who I haven't. Been using a messy Google Sheet but keep forgetting to update it, and I'm pretty sure I missed following up with at least one company because of it.

What's everyone else using? Specifically curious about:

• Do you actually keep it updated in real time, or does it go stale after the first busy week like mine did
• How are you handling reminders for upcoming interview dates — anyone using something that actually pings you, or just checking manually
• Anyone tried Sanviora's built-in tracker on the dashboard? Saw it has fields for pipeline stage and estimated chances plus it sends reminder emails, thinking of switching to that instead of my spreadsheet since the reminder part is what I keep failing at

Not trying to overcomplicate this, just want something I'll actually keep updated instead of abandoning after two weeks like every spreadsheet system I've tried so far. What's working for people?
