Wipro NLTH 2026 — Elite/Turbo stream full process (from test to offer)
Just got my Wipro National Level Talent Hunt offer for the Elite stream. Sharing the full process so 2026 batch is prepared.
Test structure
The NLTH has three tracks — Elite, Turbo, and Turbo + Speed. The stream you qualify for depends on your score. I got Elite.
- Verbal: Reading comprehension, grammar correction, sentence ordering. Standard level — not hard if you read regularly.
- Quantitative: Speed maths, percentage, ratio, simple probability. Practise for speed, not depth.
- Logical: Syllogisms, blood relations, seating arrangements. Most people lose time here.
- Coding: Two questions. Easy–medium. I got a string reverse and a simple array sum problem. Python and Java both allowed.
Interview (Elite stream)
One round — a combined technical + HR interview, about 40 minutes. They asked about my projects first, then 3–4 OOP concept questions (explain inheritance with an example, write a snippet for polymorphism), then basic SQL (a JOIN query). HR part was standard: tell me about yourself, relocation, why Wipro.
What actually mattered
Project explanation. They spent 15 minutes on my project alone. Know your own project architecture cold — which database, why, how the backend connects to the frontend, what you'd change. Candidates who stumbled here didn't make it.
Timeline: Test → results in 2 weeks → interview shortlist in 1 week → offer in another 10 days. Total roughly 5 weeks from test to offer.
Happy to answer specific questions from anyone preparing for NLTH.
