The call is where you find the problems. The hour after it is where you fix them. A simple routine for getting the most out of every practice interview.

Within the hour, while you still remember the questions.
The two issues that cost you most, not everything.
Fix the weak answers and say them aloud again.
Test the fixes within a week.
List every question you were asked and rate your answer honestly: strong, okay or weak. Add any follow-up that caught you off guard. Those are usually the most valuable.
Group what your interviewers said, and what you noticed yourself, into three buckets:
If three people gave you ten pieces of feedback, you'll improve fastest by fixing the two that came up most or cost you most. Ten fixes at once usually means none of them stick.
For each weak answer, write bullet points (not a script) for a better version. For stories, use Situation, Task, Action, Result. Then say the new answer out loud three or four times until it sounds natural.
Practise again within a week, ideally including the questions you struggled with. Quick solo practice in between helps: an AI Mock Interview is a fast way to rehearse the rewritten answers before your next live panel.
After a P2P Video Interview, your report arrives automatically once the call ends. It's built from the transcript of the call, picks out the questions your interviewers actually asked, and scores your answer to each one with strengths and areas to improve. Use it alongside your interviewers' own feedback: where the report and the people agree, that's your top fix. If a paid booking doesn't produce a report, the amount is credited back to your account as reward points.
Within the same day, ideally within the hour, while you still remember the exact questions and how your answers felt. Details fade quickly.
Once or twice a week in the run-up to interviews works for most people, with the fixes from each session tested in the next one. More often than that leaves no time to actually improve between sessions.
It is generated from the call transcript. It picks out the questions your interviewers asked, scores your answer to each one, and lists strengths and areas to improve, in the same format as an AI Mock Interview report.
Test your fixes with real interviewers and get a scored report the moment the call ends.
